Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide professional concierge & customer services to clients and internal users via phone or email
- Handle customer and VIP inquiries globally (Europe & US) and fulfil customer requests on IT services
- Manage communication with customers and VIP in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences
- Create and maintain regular reports
- Perform Tier-1 trouble shooting and problem analysis on IT services
- Keep track of incident throughout the incident lifecycle
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
- 1 year relevant experience in IT helpdesk or customer service
- Experience in facing customers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented, good telephone manner and problem solving skills
- Shift duty required
Working Schedule:
- 2 Shift
(1) 08:00-20:00
(2) 20:00-08:00 - Report 2 days duty, then 2 days off ( Include public holiday)
