Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Finance Department which includes invoicing, collection, payments, cashflow management etc.

  • Perform month-end closing including the preparation and review of financial statements, budgets, analyses and management reports.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of staff remuneration and MPF payment.

  • Coordinate and prepare budget, forecast and financial plans with on-going monitoring and control.

  • Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures.

  • Implementation of new systems and upgrades as required.

  • Liaise and work with external auditors/professionals on statutory audits and filings.

  • Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3+years of relevant experience

  • Experience in using different types of computerized accounting system is a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office with excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills

  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with good business sense

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
