Responsibilities

• Work with delivery team in setup and configuration of ordered equipment including network and Wifi systems
• Support the sales team on pre-sales activities and tendering process
• Assist in CCTV system configuration
• Cooperate with the sales team and vendors to perform demonstrations and POCs
• Resolve product issues and carry out on-site diagnosis if necessary
• Handle ad hoc requests from customers

Requirements

• Be willing to learn the new technologies and perform comprehensive testings on new products/solutions
• Self-motivated, a good team player 
• Good computer knowledge
• Good command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Previous exposure in surveillance/security industry is an advantage
• High diploma or above in Building/Electronics/Computer or equivalent
• +3 years of solid working experience in ELV/Network industry
