Responsibilities:
l Able to handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Invoicing
l Responsible for preparation of cheques and payment vouchers
l Provide administrative support to the Team, such as filing
l To handle outdoor errands such as going to banks and clients office
l Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
l Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or LCCI Accounts certificate
l 1 year of accounting experience is an added advantage
l Fresh graduate will also be considered
l Pleasant, responsible and attentive to details
l Good PC skills on Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
l Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
l Immediately available/ short notice is a must
