The Job:

• Serve as a shift leader of a computer operation team and be responsible for the delivery of IT services including system operation production/data control, network monitoring, helpdesk, and facilities management
• Monitor environmental facilities, enforce security on daily operation and undertake administrative
• procedures 
• Perform web page updating and user accounts administrative tasks such as those for Lotus Notes and
• Central User Directory
• Perform administrative tasks of inventory control, issuing of monthly operational and statistical reports

The Person:

• 5 subjects passed in HKDSE / HKCEE, including Chinese Language & English Language, preferably with Certificate/Diploma in computer science related discipline.  
• 5 years' experience in data centre maintenance 
• 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10, Windows Serve 2008/2012 & System Backup Operation
• Shift duties to support 24 hours’ operation are required
• Good communication skill, fluent in both English and Cantonese
