• At least 2-3 years residential projects experience
• Good computer knowledge in AutoCAD
  
• Creative, good communication and presentation skills
• Capable in handling project independently
• Responsible of site management, sub-contractor coordination, site staff supervision, etc.
• Strong problem solving ability
• Hong Kong Resident Only
