    Responsibilities:

    • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Chairman in both business activities and personal matter
    • Organise and coordinate business events with both external and internal parties
    • Be responsible for all travel and itinerary arrangements
    • Prepare business minutes, reports, presentations, confidential documents and ad hoc projects as required
    • Deal with general management of house work and Chairman’s personal matter
    • Work closely with drivers, helpers and private tutors to arrange the schedule
    • Arrange family events, such as ceremony, luncheon and banquet
    • Handle ad-hoc tasks are assigned

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or above in business administration or related discipline
    • 5 years or above working experience in Personal Assistant / Secretary is advantage
    • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
    • Detail-oriented, well-organised, excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
    • High proficiency in MS Office including Excel Word PowerPoint etc
    • Willing to travel as required
    • Immediate available is preferred
