Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement the marketing plan on regular, seasonal and promotion program
• Develop creative marketing materials together with internal team to facilitate the marketing event implemented effectively
• Assist sales team to drive new product development strategy, enhance brand awareness and expanding the market share
• Partnering with the sales team to ensure effective product promotions and market share growth
• Design and drive marketing strategies including online campaign and media promotion; explore and promote brands, products with social media channels (such as Facebook, WeChat, eDM, CRM etc)
• Work closely with internal partners to identify market trends and insights to maximize performance based on the findings
• Analyze and evaluate marketing campaign to optimize customer's awareness and engage with potential customers

 Requirement:

• Degree holder major in Marketing and Business Administration field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing or sales related discipline
• Work experience in FMCG, eCommerce, online business or startup company is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken in English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office, knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to work multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good Team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, self-motivated, and hard-working with attention to detail
• Able to work independently under tight schedule
• Immediately available is preferred
• Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
