Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle all-rounded human resources duties, including recruitment, training, performance management, payroll data processing, staff benefits, etc
- To assist in posting of job advertisement, conduct interview, confirm employment and on-boarding process, leave and attendance systems
- Handle all round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office supplies and equipment, office renovation and maintenance, etc.
- General office administration and office supportive works
- Assist in organising company events such as Annual Dinner, Christmas Party and other ad-hoc events
- Any other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above;
- At least 3 years solid HR and Admin working experience;
- Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work with people of all levels; and
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
