Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle all-rounded human resources duties, including recruitment, training, performance management, payroll data processing, staff benefits, etc
  • To assist in posting of job advertisement, conduct interview, confirm employment and on-boarding process, leave and attendance systems
  • Handle all round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office supplies and equipment, office renovation and maintenance, etc.
  • General office administration and office supportive works
  • Assist in organising company events such as Annual Dinner, Christmas Party and other ad-hoc events 
  • Any other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

 Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above;
  • At least 3 years solid HR and Admin working experience;
  • Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to work with people of all levels; and
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
