Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with Developers, Consultants and Management Office to explore business opportunities
• Conduct sales activities to generate quotations, pitch and complete tender bids
• Act as frontline team-member to provide technical advice and solutions to clients
• Attend site meetings and periodically project site-visit

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Marketing disciplines 
• 3 to 5 years of Curtain Wall Maintenance Services experience
• PC knowledge in Microsoft Office is required, excellent skills in making business proposal and presentation material
• Hardworking, initiative, independent and able to work well under pressure
• Able to conduct marketing research and reach out for business opportunities.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong construction standard and practice such as fire code, building code etc.
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills, sense of commercial thinking
• Good communication skill and good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
