Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts independently and performing all general accounting and taxation issue of the companies (HK & PRC)
- Manage the accounting and reporting work for inter-company accounts and expenses allocation
- Review and improve existing work flow and internal control procedures
- Handle PRC payment, co-ordinate / follow up with China branch offices on accounting matters
- Assist in month-end closing, accounting schedule and reports;
- Budgeting, forecast, costing analysis and ad hoc projects
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent, with professional accounting/ audit qualifications
- At least 5 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years in managerial role, wide experience in accounting for PRC commercial environment
- Proactive, strong analytical mind with excellent cross communication skills
- Proficient in MS office and well versed in EXCEL; accounting software and Chinese Word processing
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediate available preferred
