Requirements:

• Master Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in handling residential projects
• Strong in liaison with various consultants to execute architectural design for residential projects; and ensure timely delivery of quality outputs
• Good commercial sense and with update knowledge of architectural design trends and techniques
• Familiar with local laws, regulations, policies and industry standards; with good professional ethics, high professional dedication and teamwork spirit
• Strong ability to raise solid comments & improvements to architectural design, proposal from consultant team
