In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement the e-Commerce initiatives across all regions;
• Support the enhancement/improvement of Meyer’s several consumer brands and multi-branded online stores;
• Support the eCommerce operation and after sale service of brand sites and marketplace;
• Analyse sales data and market trends to help steer future strategy discussions;
• Analyse website’s user behaviour, conversion rates and customer journeys, funnel analysis and customer segments;
• Undergo regular A/B testing to help with suggesting performance improvements to the website;
• Work with technical team to manage site changes and enhancements.

  To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience in developing / implementing / operating Shopify is a must;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• 3+ years’ eCommerce and digital experience, particularly in the following areas: eCommerce site operation, content management, site tracking and analysis;
• Exceptional project management and vendor management skills in digital and eCommerce projects;
• Experience in implementing e-Commerce platforms (WooCommerce)
• Experience in the operating of an E-Commerce store (both brand site and marketplace);
• Knowledge in HTML and CSS;
• Experience in launching successful digital campaigns across social media, SEM, GDN and EDM;
• Experience in analytical tool(e.g. Google Analytics) and data analysis;
• Experience with CRM and customer loyalty is an advantage;
• Multi-tasking and good time management, ability to work under pressure;
• Fast paced, proactive and result oriented;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Bachelor's degree (or similar) in relevant field.
