－ Help improve the curriculum system that integrates Chinese and Western pedagogy and educational philosophy
－ Oversee aspects of education quality and teaching delivery
－ Conduct curriculum reviews to ensure content is current and relevant, and meets quality standards
－ Organize regular meetings with teachers from different disciplines to gather information on recent problems and develop support scheme
－ Help establish and improve foreign teacher’s management system to ensure academic specification
－ Staff training in terms of teaching, observation, assessment, and management ability etc.
－ Provide guidance and direction on teacher’s personalized development
－ Responsible for English learning quality
