As part of the ongoing growth of the Warsaw Site we have exciting opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition team as Talent Acquisition Partner. This role will work very closely with various departments at the Site, covering the full recruitment process and is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in some of the most high-profile departments. This role will be also focusing on Talent Strategic Sourcing and Employer Branding.
As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide inputs to the formulation of recruitment strategies in partnership with colleagues to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals. You will participate in sourcing, interviewing, pre-selecting candidates as well as offer management and market mapping exercises.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process within a designated area
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews with selected candidates
- Manage the Offer agenda
- Assist the line managers with the analysis of each recruitment channel, including employee referral scheme, job boards, social networks, emails, events, ads, various sites and campaigns
- Conduct market mapping of selected roles
- On a limited scale, work with recruitment agencies to support the search for high-volume or niche roles.
- Be responsible for Talent Strategic Sourcing and Employer Branding.
You should have:
- At least 4 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function, either from agency or in-house background
- Experience with proactive approach to building candidate pipelines, use of LinkedIn to approach candidates
- Previous experience with recruiting within Pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders of all levels of seniority
- A customer service mindset
- Previous experience with employer branding initiatives are welcome
- Fluent English
