Responsibilities: 

• Site inspection, monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
• Work closely with Project Manager in daily duties of a project’s administration.
• Liaise with relevant external and internal parties in respect of materials, construction sequences, drawing, methods and interfaces to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the Company quality procedures.
• Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents

Requirements: 

• Degree / Diploma/ Certificate graduate in Building Studies / Building Surveying / Architectural Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in building construction is required
• Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project
• Well-organized, team spirit and able to meet all deadlines
• Mature and possess good communication skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for Senior Project Coordinator
