Job Description
Responsibilities 職責 :
- Responsible for daily accounting duties (including cheque issue, vouchers, bank reconciliation and debts collecting, etc.)
- Handle Data entry and documents filing
- Prepare monthly statements, payable & receivable aging reports and other management reports
- Responsible for daily cash receivable and bank-in.
- Assist in month-end closing, year-end closing, annual audit, taxation and stock take matters
- Assist in general administrative support
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 處理日常會計事務包括開票、入帳、核對銀行往來帳目及追賬等
- 負責會計有關資料輸入及文件歸檔
- 處理月結單、應付/應收帳款報表及其他財務報表
- 負責點算及核對應收貨款現金、支票及轉帳等;需外出外往銀行入票
- 協助處理月結帳目、年度審計、報稅及年度盤點事宜
- 協助一般行政工作
- 有需要時處理特別項目
Requirement入職要求 :
- F.5/DSE with LCCI intermediate or above
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Good PC knowledge including Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing is a “MUST”
- Knowledge in accounting system (Multiable or MYOB) is an advantage
- Good in written & spoken Cantonese and English
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- 中五或以上程度,須擁LCCI中級程度或以上資格
- 具最少1-2年會計文員經驗
- 良好電腦使用技巧,包括運用Excel及Word,懂得中文輸入法 (Eg. 倉頡/速成)
- 懂會計軟件 (Multiable 或 MYOB) 優先考慮
- 良好粵語、一般普通話及英文會話;略懂中英文書寫
- 能獨立處理工作,主動,及能承受壓力
- 能即時上班者優先考慮
Package 待遇 :
- Work Location: Hung Hom (close to Hunghom Square)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:30
- Benefit: Bank Holidays, Annual Leave, Year-end Bonus, Medical Insurance, Incentive Attendance Award
- 工作地點: 紅磡 (近紅磡廣場)
- 工作時間: 星期一至五,09:00-18:30
