Qualification

- A recognized Diploma or above from Technical Institute in Civil Engineering  

- 1 to 2 years working experience (Utility and Road work preferred)

- Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese

- Knowledge in MS Office , Excel (English & Chinese)

- Valid Driving License for class 1 or 2 is required
