Responsibilities: 

• Perform business analysis and work requirement studies from different business units.
• Responsible for getting the requirements alignment between the corporate and business units.
• Recommend modifications and assist in streamlining and engineering of the workflow and processes by implementation of SOP.
• Define the business value and work closely with business units to the business needs to deliver the extra value for the new technology and modelling deployed.
• Liaise with various internal users on operating improvements and implementation.
• Good technique of obtaining accurate information from business users and can communicate business problems and solutions effectively with business users and technical team.

• Degree holder or above in Business or Computer Science or related discipline
• Solid experience in Project Management/Process Analysis/Business Flow Design and Re-engineering is required
• With servicing background is a plus
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A team player and with the ability to influence and collaborate across several teams
• Strategic but can have the ability to deliver detailed tactical plans
