Job description

ROLE:

• What is expected out of the candidate to perform
• Take ownership of the assigned Concur L2/L3 tasks through to delivery or issue resolution or escalation, as appropriate
• Support tool configuration management and administration, application environment set up, test case execution, change and release management
• Develop specialist knowledge in relevant systems, documenting and sharing that knowledge, as required, with global teams.
• Willingness to learn and upscale the skills.

MANDATORY SKILLS: What are skills/technology candidate needs to have, to perform the role

• Good understanding and 2+ years of experience in ITIL framework, change management, release management, problem management and incident management.
• Minimum of 1+ years Travel and expenses (T&E) systems experience in either Concur or any T&E systems like Expensify, Certify, etc.
• Experience of supporting application interfaces e.g. application to SAP
• Solution/result oriented approach and exceptional problem solving/Analytical skills.
• Clear and Effective communication skills (Written/Verbal).
• Commendable analytical skills.
• Experience in resolving Day to Day queries regarding usage of CONCUR and related activities.

DESIERED SKILLS: What is good to have skills/certifications/technology/domain experience

• 2+ years of experience in providing technical support for applications.
• Exposure to application security.
• Willingness to Analyse, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment.
• Openness to Facilitate review sessions with senior support engineers, functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.
• Experience in any ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Service Center, Remedy, Peregrine etc

Good to have but not mandatory:

• Experience as a Concur T&E integration developer.
• Exposure to SaaS integration tools (e.g., EIB, Studio, Core Connector)
• Experience in any T&E reporting tools.
• Fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (API, XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
• Experience with the SaaS lifecycle (implementations and upgrades).
• Ability and willingness to develop creative solutions.
• Experience with SAP as an upstream/downstream system will be a plus.
• Exposure on Global distribution systems such as SABRE, TRAVELPORT, AMADEUS

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Any specific Bachelors/master’s degree candidate must have. Or any specific institutions he/she must pass out from

Any technical degree

PREFERABLE INDUSTRY : IT / Pharma / Finance / Travel

OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 3 to 5 years experience
