Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and purchase orders
  • Handle inventory updates, shipping & logistics matters
  • Provide general clerical support such as data entry and document filing 
  • Communicate with overseas suppliers 
  • Provide support to management to ensure efficient operations in relation to sales
  • Help with internal ad-hoc activities
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 3 years’ working experience
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, responsible and willing to work under pressure and overtime
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • MAC & PC friendly and proficient in MS Office
  • Good with numbers
  • Immediately available is a must
