Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management and execution of various financial tasks, including: payment processing, expense payment, tax audit, wage insurance, financial signature, asset inventory, due diligence, investment evaluation, etc.;

2. Responsible for formulating and improving various financial internal control systems and processes, strictly implementing company financial records, and being responsible for follow-up risk control and resolution;

3. Responsible for preparing quarterly and annual cost forecasting, planning, control and accounting, investigating and analysing potential financial growth space, and organizing cost reduction and cost savings;

4. Responsible for the research of financial and taxation related policies in China and Hong Kong, and provide professional advice to the company.

Requirements:

1. Welcome fresh graduates or 1 years working experience in accounting or finance in China and Hong Kong;

2. Familiar with the listing rules and relevant financial laws and regulations of China and Hong Kong, as well as the relevant financial, tax and audit regulations and policies of the two places;

3. Excellent financial analysis, fund management ability, team communication and management ability;

4. Prospective thinking, love to contact new projects and analyse their value, and those with experience in participating in enterprise equity investment at different stages are preferred.

4. 具有前瞻性思維，熱愛接觸新項目並分析其價值，有參與不同階段企業股權投資經驗者優先考慮；
