Job Description:

• OSS application installation, configuration, integration testing
• Maintain and support the telecom and IT network equipment
• Deliver standard services, network project designs and implementations
• Enthusiasm non-office hour standby and overnight onsite ad-hoc support
• Working with different parties and customer
• 4G and 5G Unified Network installation

Requirements:

• Minimum High-Diploma/ Associate Degree (Technical Field)
• Network related certification preferred
• Huawei product knowledge is a must
• 3-8 years or more field / onsite working experience
• Moderately complex troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain ongoing relationships with customers, peers and support partners
• Perform reporting and administrative functions
• Manage time effectively and independent ability working
• Good communication in English and Chinese
• Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred.
