Job Description

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

  • Control quality of washing equipment, chinaware, glassware and flatware 控制清洗餐具和廚房烹調用具的質量
  • Assist in kitchen cleaning/garbage disposal and Waste management throughout the hotel 協助廚房清潔、處理廚房垃圾及管理酒店的垃圾處理
  • Select correct cleaning agents and processes 使用正確的清潔用品及步驟
  • Responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness of all kitchens including colleague restaurant 負責所有廚房(包括員工餐廳)的清潔及整潔度

Experiences and skills required 職位要求

  • Related experience in the hotel industry is preferable 相關酒店經驗優先
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese 良好廣東話溝通能力
