Responsibilities: 

• To plan, monitor and supervise the operation of electrical systems as well as related corrective, preventive maintenance and improvement projects
• To supervise an in-house maintenance team and outsourced contractors

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 6 years’ relevant solid experience
• Experienced in handling tender document preparation and compilation is preferred
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and preferably with Registered Electrical Worker with Grade B0 or above 
• Experience gained in large scale commercial complex will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer.
