Job description and responsibilities: 

• Ensure all relevant to product quality (Checklist, specification, QA report…etc);
• Conduct continuous checks and audit, identify potential risk areas and apply corrective and preventive measures
• Refine and develop QA policies and procedures
• Maintain full factory approval and audit on existing and potential factories align with firm regulations and policy
• Coordinate with factory for 3rd party audit and testing, review the effectiveness of factory CAP and solid evidences
• Continuously improve and optimize QMS and the company’s quality culture to achieve a lean system and eliminate the quality events.
• Plan and manage QA resource to ensure all activities are moving smoothly and on schedule
• Review/approve all GMP related documents
• Working with operating staffs to establish procedures, validation, standards, systems and specifications
• Maintain documentation, filing system, issuing and records
• Work closely with production and laboratory for any testing and quality issues
• To assure GMP compliance by continuously enhancing a proper quality management system (QMS)
• Handling daily QA tasks, such as deviation/non-conformance, corrective action and preventive action (CAPA), change control and risk management, to ensure that they are effectively implemented and complied with cGMP/authority requirement
• Arrange and perform GMP training, induction training and continual training to the department staff
• Perform Document check according to Good Documentation Practices

Job requirements: 

• Degree or above in life science, chemistry, biology or pharmaceutical related disciplines
• Three years or above of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical GMP work experience,  in which 1 years at supervisory/managerial level will be preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skill
• Analytical, energetic, self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Attention to details, being able to work under pressure
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English preferably
• Applicant with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
