Job Highlights

• Responsible for production and manufacturing management and support
• Mainly station in Hong Kong and require travel to China occasionally

Duties:

• Work with subcontracted factories from building prototypes to running pilot run and mass production
• Prepare and update all manufacturing documents including DFx, PFC, pFMEA, CP, WI/SOP etc….
• Conduct failure analysis and provide problem solving solutions
• Plan and set up new assembly lines and corresponding manufacturing facilities and implement regular preventive maintenance program
• Prepare and submit frequent status update and supplier performance reports

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in manufacturing engineering or related discipline
• At least 2 years’ experience in the field of consumer electronics manufacturing
• Should have experience with CPK, SPC & DoE
• Able to work independently, take initiative and responsibility
• Good communication skill
