Responsibilities:
-Provide support to our insurance agency force including recruitment and other administrative duties
-Handle all classes of General Insurance claims
-Resolve and follow up thoroughly customer enquiry and soft-complaints. If necessary, identify and escalate priority issues to manager
-Provide wealth management and portfolio advice in retirement planning, legacy planning and risk management (protection) planning
-Good market sense with strong understanding on the financial industry
-Delivery of account management services to Clients
