Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1. 通过实地拜访，电话/微信等方式对负责的区域内门店进行日常销售维护工作；
2. 负责客户微信群运营，群内日常激活、促销活动开展等；
3. 负责区域客户订单复购，活跃，发现并挖掘客户需求；
4. 通过线上教育小程序宠物店知识管家加强对区域内客户的线上教育活动；
5. 运营经销商Webshop订单系统后台，对订单，折扣活动，物流信息进行维护；
6. 对活动数据进行分析，优化系统界面、活动流程和服务流程；
7. 密切合作，互相配合，共同推动新品项目发展；
8. 与销售团队、全国销售运营部门、物流、财务等协同工作。

Qualifications/任职条件

• 专科及以上学历;
•  1年以上线上销售或线上产品运营经验，有行业销售经验优先；;
• 高度的责任感，有较强的团队协作能力和沟通能力；
• 数据处理与分析能力;
• 对销售工作和宠物充满热情；
