Responsibiolities:

• Responsible for overall project management;
• Monitor contractual and technical matters.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in MVAC / Elect. / Building Services Engineering;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MVAC / Elect. / Building Services project;
• Experience in site and contract management in Government Maintenance and Fitting Out Contracts preferably, but not essestial;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidates who have inadequate experience would be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager.
