Qualification & Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computing, Information Technology or other computer-related disciplines.
• At least 3 years or above working experience in supporting sizeable enterprise network configuration.
• With professional certificate in networking and system administration is an advantage.
• Hands on experience in PC support and server administration are definite an advantage.
• Dynamic, energetic with a forward thinking and problems solving character, good team player with strong sense of responsibility.

Job Duties:

• Participate in a team of experienced infrastructure personnel for the installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of various operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Perform 1st/2nd tiers end-user problem solving and troubleshooting to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Participate in the maintenance of overall infrastructure integrity, security, backup, and redundancy.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems and liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for new business solutions and problem resolution.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
