Who we’re looking for:

• HKDSE or
• Fresh graduate with Diploma graduate or higher is also welcome
• Proficient in English, Cantonese
• Proficient in PC hardware/software, MS Windows operating system and OFFICE
• Knowledge in database/programming/TCP/IP/Window configuration is an advantage
• Familiar with the field property agencies preferred
• Good communication skills is an advantage
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment

 Duties:

• Responsible for training & support to the company’s own application software
• Field Service
• Responsible for managing customer enquiries and complaints
• Analyzing customer feedback of each customer case
• Communicating and working with relevant departments
