Our Finance team has over 30 headcounts and would like to invite high caliber candidate to join the team.

 Responsibilities: 

• Assist to oversee a team of accounting staffs ;
• Communicate between various departments ;
• Oversee daily Accounts Payable and Receivables transactions;
• Participate in preparing monthly journals, financial reports, inter-company , bank reconciliations , expenses schedules and analysis report ;
• To prepare and assist supervisors in monthly audit schedules, and provide appropriate follow-up actions ;
• Perform business and financial analysis, budget control and forecasting ;
• Liaise with auditors for external and internal audits
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and carry out any other duties and responsibility as assigned by management.

 Requirements:

• Degree in finance/accounting or equivalent qualification ;
• Over 5 years of relevant experience ;
• Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills ;
• Proficiency in using MS applications, including high skills in using excel ;
• Mature, good communication skills and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility ;
• Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure and be a team player ;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Accounting Officer ;
• Immediate available is preferred.
