Responsibilities

•  Handle daily accounting and financial operations
• Arrange payment / remittance and issue L/C
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and reconcile inter-company transactions and/or balances
• Perform monthly book closing and prepare breakdown schedules
• Assist in preparation of monthly management reports and financial analysis
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

  Requirements

•  Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant experience in HK listed or sizable company, preferably in garment retail/trading industries
• Proficiency in MS Excel and/or good knowledge in Turbo and/or Kingdee Accounting Software is definite an advantage
• Positive attitude, independent, well-organised and committed in personality
• Able to meet deadline and willing to work overtime when necessary
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available preferred
• Candidates with strong qualification / experience may be considered as Senior Accounting Officer
