Summary

Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and conducting training for all projects lead by the HR Innovation & Delivery team globally. The role will work closely with a variety of SMEs and project stakeholders to identify new training requirements. He/she will be responsible for designing and developing training courses and materials for all training needs. The role will ensure the training in well maintained and will monitor effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

Key accountabilities

  • Works with SMEs/project stakeholders to identify new training requirements
  • Develops Training Need Analysis
  • Designs and develops training programs and materials (guides, videos, presentations, e-learning)
  • Conducts training sessions or train the trainer sessions
  • Administers training courses in LMS
  • Works with stakeholders to maintain accuracy and keep the content up to date
  • Works with external vendors and/or internal stakeholders to manage translations
  • Monitors effectiveness of training and takes action to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collaborates with communications to ensure impacted stakeholders are prepared for any newly deployed solutions
  • May be involved in the testing of new solutions and functionalities

Skills & experience

Essential:

  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Must have significant experience in writing training materials and delivering training virtually across global teams 
  • Knowledge of LMS systems (Saba Cloud preferred)
  • Tech-savvy person, able to quickly learn how to use new tools/systems
  • Ability to work successfully with limited supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eye for detail & eye for design

 Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow strongly preferred)
  • Experience with development of e-learning or other interactive content
  • Knowledge of e-learning authoring app(s)
  • Knowledge of video editing software
  • HR background
