Responsibilities: -

• Manage the teammates to perform month end closing, prepare and review the financial reports of entities in Hong Kong and other regions including both statutory book and management book
• Provide financial analytics of business operating results for management review and business decisions
• Act as a business partner to work in close collaboration with various regional finance teams and provide guidance to ensure adherence to Group financial policies and guidelines
• Plan and coordinate annual audit and annual budgeting, provide support to regional finance teams where necessary to ensure all deliverables are completed on time with good quality
• Review and enhance the existing reporting systems to improve the financial reporting in terms of submission timeline and quality
• Evaluate compliance with existing company’s policies and procedures, identifying and proposing modifications as needed
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignment when required

Requirements: -

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline. Qualified Accountant (HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance field with at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably with Big 4 experience
• Well organized & detail-minded, Self-motivated
• Good analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and always drive for improvement
• Hands on experience in ERP systems, preferably with SAP experience. Knowledge in business analytics tools is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a MUST
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to travel when required and flexible around timings
