Job Scope: - 

• Responsible for contracts administration; which includes budgetary controls, interim payment, preparation of variation submission and final account preparation;
• Responsible for cost estimation and subletting;
• QS works for both main contract and sub-contract;
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and Project Staff

 Job Requirements: -

•  A holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Quantity Surveyor or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years QS related work experience; experience in A&A projects will be an advantage;
• Proficient command of spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated and work independently;
• Good PC knowledge;
