Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing project from inception to handover including overall project planning, review of drawings & contractor’s submission, monitoring progress & Government submissions, coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure the project to be completed on schedule and up to company’s standard & requirements
• Strong in liaison with various consultants and ensure timely delivery of quality outputs

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related disciplines
• Member of HKIA or equivalent
• Registered Architecture or equivalent professional qualification with over 10 years’ post qualification experience in handling residential and commercial projects
• Practical experience with developer in managing luxury residential projects will be an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
