Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Business development, liaise with overseas customers, promoting company PCB products to overseas electronics market.
  • Liaises with customers/sales agents to resolve design, quality, delivery and payment issues
  • Handles customer audit to our factories in China
  • Involves in price and contract negotiations
  • Build good customer relationships and handle customers’ enquiries through e-mail
  • Assisting the customer service to Sales Manager, handle order raised and processing within time frame
  • Liaise between company and China factory to ensure on-time delivery of products
  • Review stock level on a regular basis and remind relevant parties to order if necessary
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks if necessary

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in selling printed circuit board or electronic components
  • Solid Sales & marketing experiences in Printed Circuits Board or Electronic components
  • University graduated, prefer overseas studying or living experiences (preferably in Electronics Engineering or Marketing)
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (in both Mandarin and Cantonese), knowledge of other European language will have definite advantage
  • Willing to take on frequent travel in China and overseas customers’ sites
  • Hard working, independent, flexible
  • Station in Hong Kong and frequent travel to China
