Job Purpose

We are looking for a Data Engineer who will support our sales and marketing teams with report automation. The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. They must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods. They must have a proven ability to write complex logic using Python. Should be comfortable to work with various databases and should have basic understanding of S3. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

•             Work with large, complex datasets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed. Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, report automation, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.

•             Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.

•             Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.

•             Implement analytical models into production by collaborating with business stakeholders, and implement improvements as needed.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

• Must have Direct Hands-on, 0 to 3 years of experience, building complex systems using any Statistical Programming Language (R / Python)
• Must have fundamental knowledge of Inferential Statistics
• Experience should include the following,
• Multi-Dimensional Array Processing
• Simulation & Optimization Techniques
• Machine Learning Techniques (Supervised, Unsupervised)
• Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning
• Natural Language Processing
• Model Ensembling Techniques
• Should have Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving ability. Should be able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Should have experience of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Machine Learning Techniques (Supervised, Unsupervised)
• Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning
• Natural Language Processing
• Model Ensembling Techniques
• Should have Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving ability. Should be able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Should have experience of managing multiple simultaneous projects

Desirable

• Prior experience in Healthcare Domain, is a plus
• Experience using Big Data, is a plus. Exposure to SPARK is desirable
• Exposure to working in Agile project environment is a plus
• Experience on Predictive Modelling.
