Job Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients - providing direct, timely and professional support
• Dealing with daily communications from to and from your clients within your portfolio
• Managing each client's accounting, payroll and banking needs as appropriate
• Liaising with third parties such as auditors, bankers, agents where necessary
• Attending to client invoicing and collections

 The successful applicant will likely have the following education, experience and qualities:

• Tertiary Accounting qualifications or working towards
• Min. 5 years experience as an Accountant
• Ideally having a client service background such as previous working experience in a CPA or Corporate Services firm
• Experience with cloud based accounting systems such as Xero and Quickbooks online
• Proficient level of computer literacy
• Team oriented person able to manage client relationships and independently carry out work
• Exceptional verbal and written English and Cantonese - communication skills
• Able to multi-task, be self-motivated, pro-active and responsive
