#### Position Description:


1、负责工厂职员&蓝领员工招聘工作，招聘报表维护更新；
2、外包工用工模式管理，流程梳理优化；
3、对接外包公司，管理、督促其按照联想需求输送足够的人力；
4、招聘渠道开拓与维护，岗位说明书定期更新；
5、探索学习灵活用工模式，满足工厂快速招聘及分流需求；
6、参与支持跨厂项目在工厂的落实。

#### Position Requirements:


1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，工商管理、人力资源专业优先；
2、3年以上制造业招聘工作经验，熟悉各级人员招聘渠道，了解各招聘评测方法；
3、良好的语言表达能力和团队协作能力;
4、英语听说读写能力良好。
