Job Description:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager as directed
  • Training, scheduling, and managing employees in daily tasks
  • Developing good customer relationships and addressing customer needs
  • Assisting in managing purchases and maintaining inventory 
  • Manage CRM (Customer relationships management) software

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Strong leadership abilities and initiative
  • Excellent delegator and mediator
  • Great interpersonal skills and customer service
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions
  • Able to manage and motivate others
Working address : Batard Restaurant, Shop E, 165-166 Connaught Rd W, Sai Ying Pun 
Working hours : 5.5 days per week
Annual Leave: 10 days/ year
