- Develop design from concept creation, design development to construction drawings and detailing;
- Able to interpret a brief and translate it into a ‘concept’ including customer journey, brand experience and functionality;
- Familiar with planning, design & execution, FF&E, material sourcing, site coordination;
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in high end hospitality / retail / Macau / China;
- Creative and curious and aware of the new trends and design and art;
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
