• Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Studies or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in project management and fitting-out works;
• Strong technical background and site experience;
• Capable to handle large scale of projects independently;
• Good team leader with strong analytical mind and able to tackle problem in a positive way;
• Aggressive, self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded;
• Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including Clients, Consultants and Subtrades;
• Proficiently in both written & spoken English and Chinese; and
• Candidate with less caliber shall be considered as Project Coordinator.
