Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Report to HR Manager, provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, etc.
  • Assist in the recruitment process from job advertisement posting, resume screening, interview co-ordination, reference checking, offer letter preparation to talent onboarding.
  • Handle payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax return filing and HR monthly reports.
  • Administer benefits programs such as group insurance, leave, allowance, etc.
  • Update personnel and leave records and maintain HR filing system properly.
  • Assist HR Manager in implementing HR policies and strategies.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and ad hoc project as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years’ HR generalist experience (engineering industry and sizeable organization preferred).
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related ordinances.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills with staff of all levels.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Well organized, self-motivated and detail minded with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
