As a senior project manager, he(she) is expected to implement project over 10M USD size independently in industrial automation: as following steps below:

Your responsibilities

• Establishing project planning and maintaining the planning dynamically, being responsible to achieve internally and externally the execution of project planning.
• Being familiar with local and international code and standard, regulation, and its implementation.
• Taking responsibility of daily project management activity including design review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customer for contract, response to technical questions, issues and payments.
• Being in charge of change of scope, following company’s process on change management,
• Ensuring the project engineering / design activities comply with Company Procedures, project specifications, standards and any project specific addend.
• Building and maintaining customer relationship and coordinating internal supporting function, especially with purchasing department for timing and costing control and to coach other team members on analytical thinking, decision making process.

Your background

• Must have bachelor’s degree in science, engineering study, mechanical/Electrical background preferred; master’s degree preferred; Reputed university preferred.
• 15 years+ working experience, 10 years+ project management experience; (If master’s degree, 5years can be waivered).
• 10+ years of working experience in managing multi discipline designing teams in a design and engineering consulting or project management experience, previous site/field experience a best. Experience with international projects.
• 5 years of foreign companies working experience, should be familiar with ERP tools such as SAP system, American & European company preferred.
• Must have Project Management experience proved by certificate of worldwide company or PMP required.
• Must have perfect English communication skills with explicit oral/written expression, strong leadership, decisive and analytical skill required.
