Provide secretarial assistance at Hub Division level.
Your responsibilities
- Performing complex administrative activities and taking responsibility for delivering Hub Division Asia processes/programs.
- Researching, compiling, verifying and analyzing information and issuing special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
- Being responsible for different communication tasks within the Hub, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date, supporting Hub Division manager with personal communications materials including presentations, speeches, articles, and employee recognition.
- Implementing ABB processes and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiating action and making judgments about urgency of issues, providing confidential support to Hub Division manager and Hub Division management team members.
- Arranging business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conferences, visiting speakers etc.
- Providing financial support on Hub level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc.

Your background
- Must have bachelor’s degree or above in English, Chinese, Secretary and related major, overseas education background is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar role.
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese both written and spoken.
- Must have excellent communication skills,be accurate and well organized.
- Should be a good team player and coordinator.
