Your responsibilities
- Managing daily order and delivery process including order intake, stock availability checking, delivery note creation, delivery plan reviewing and confirming, following up the custom clearance, transportation and POD in customer side.
- Performing sales demand forecast collection and review, analyzing sales data and preparing the routing report, customer AR collection and overdue payment audit.
- Reviewing and maintaining Pricing Master, updating pricats to customers under different incoterm/shipping mode, special discount on project order auditing in daily order processing.
- Handling customer issues via coordinating with Marketing & Sales, Product management, Operations, and other internal and/or external functions, recommend appropriate solution for customer requests, such as delivery improving, price quoting, logistic issue, etc.
- Coordinating solution on aging stock returning, tracking target performance and providing analysis to management, SAP problem analysis and fixing with consultant team, system configuration development and UAT testing.
- Customer Master, Credit Master creation and change and parts and components export feasibility assessment and price quotation.

Your background
- Must have University degree/ Master is preferred.
- Minimum 2-years of work experience in international trade, commercial and contract management of multinational company.
- Experience with ERP system, SAP is preferred.
- Must be fluent in written and verbal English.
- Strong cross function coordination skills and good inter-personnel communication skills, teamwork spirit required.
- Sound skills in office software, especially with Excel, Power point, Power BI, SQL.
- Knowledge in Finance is preferred.
