Position Summary:

Increased innovation, along with substantial growth in the Life Sciences business, has resulted in a need for experienced Project Manager for the APJ Commercial Process & Operations (CP&O) organization. The individual in this role will be supporting Projects/Programs and Integration that aims at improving productivity, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction through continuous business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of project to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing, training and deployment cycles; from lead management to revenue.
- Lead regional and cross-functional teams in multi-month project meeting deliverables, scope, quality, budget, timing, and business objectives. Superb attention to detail is an absolute must.
- Drive cross-functional project team task assignment and track task statuses, while holding project teams accountable for their commitments, promote empowerment and collaboration, encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality contributions, and removing roadblocks of their work; leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
- Establish project governance to provide direction and defines decision-making procedures and metrics for validating impacts to the project. It also enables the project team to deliver on requirements and creates a forum for issue resolution to occur in a timely manner.
- Understand current business model/process, identify gaps, areas of opportunity, re-engineer process to enable business growth, scalability through standardization and automation, effectiveness & efficiency. Manage project risks and recommend solutions
- Lead change management and communication planning activities through project lifecycle and be the advocate of continuous improvement/Practical Process Improvement (PPI)
- Ability to influence people: Conflict resolution and exercise negotiations and influencing skills to resolve disagreements quickly and effectively, bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting approaches and priorities involving others

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Ops, IT related work with at least 5+ years of project/program management experience.
- Strong background in project and large program management in Commercial, IT and related processes and techniques.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Qualification will be advantageous.
